Friendly and hospitable staff made us feel like royalty. Fast and professional valet service. Spotless facilities with enforced mask mandates. Amazing food in the restaurant. Best vacation ever! Can't wait to come back!

The roasted meats at the restaurant are pure poetry on a plate. The beachfront location is top-notch, and the staff's southern hospitality adds a sweet touch to the stay.
While the rooms were clean, the trash pickup needed a revamp. The initial room mix-up and cleanliness issues left a bad taste in my mouth, even with the savory eats.

Balcony was great.
The room was spotlessly clean and huge with an excellent view over the ocean. The boxed breakfast offered lots of dishes.

The room at Hyatt House Virginia Beach/Oceanfront was excellent, everything was clean, completely soundproof, and had a good size and super comfortable beds. The private balcony with Atlantic Ocean views made the stay more relaxing and enjoyable.
The room did not have all the dishes as advertised in the database, which was a minor inconvenience for those planning to use the full kitchen in select rooms.

The hotel provides an amazing breakfast with sausage, pastries plus a muffin. The location is marvellous, near the center of the boardwalk and several restaurants, you cannot beat it.

The breakfast was amazing with a muffin, even pork free options and also made-to-order omelettes, we were pleasantly surprised. The location turned out to be marvellous, short walk to restaurant and bar and the beach and centralized location.

I stayed at Hyatt House Virginia Beach / Oceanfront as a transit during my travels, and I found the convenience of its location to be exceptional. Being only 30 km away from Norfolk International Airport made my journey seamless. The beachfront accommodations with private balconies and ocean views were truly refreshing after a long day of exploring nearby attractions like Neptune's Park and Atlantic Fun Park.
The only minor downside I experienced during my stay was the issue with dogs in the breakfast area. Despite being a dog owner myself, I found it uncomfortable to see dogs roaming around the food area, and it was unpleasant to witness one of them causing a mess.

Spent a few days at the Virginia Beach hotel. Enjoyed the boardwalk views and the beach access. The workout room was handy, and I made good use of the pool. The room had a nice balcony with ocean views. The free WiFi was a plus, and I liked the convenient parking. The hotel had a relaxed vibe and offered a tasty cocktail menu. The breakfast was a good start to the day. Quite the spot for a tech-savvy traveler like me! 🌊🏖️

The room was tastefully decorated and pet-friendly, at least for me. The breakfast was good hot with a lot of food.

I selected this hotel for attending a trade show and found it ideal for business trips. The free printing service was convenient for last-minute meetings, and the 24-hour Business Center provided a perfect space for work. The facilities measuring 1943 square feet, including conference space, were well-equipped and the 24-hour front desk was always helpful.
One service that I missed for my work was the lack of USB plugs in the room's lamps, which made charging my devices a bit inconvenient.

During our stay at the hotel, we had the opportunity to experience an unforgettable eco-adventure with Land and Water Tours. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the guided tours exploring the natural beauty of the area, from the lush landscapes to the breathtaking water adventures. The knowledgeable guides made the experience both entertaining and educational, and we left with a newfound appreciation for the local ecosystem.
My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel could provide more kid-friendly dining options in their breakfast menu. She suggested adding a few more interactive and nutritious choices that would appeal to younger guests, ensuring a more enjoyable dining experience for families with children.

the location is perfect, right on the beach, with many restaurants close by. we enjoyed a great mexican spot across the street and the breakfast had a nice selection from 6:30-9 on the weekdays. our room had a stunning view of the beach and was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, stovetop, and fridge. the bathroom was nicely designed and very clean. the staff were very accommodating once our concerns were heard and valet parking was a nice convenience.
There was nothing i didn't like 🙂
